Mighty Key L.L.C. (in this policy: "Mighty Key", "We", "Us", or "Our") respects your privacy. This statement explains the accepted privacy policy for our website, www.mighty key.com, and for our services (collectively: the "Services"). It covers, amongst other things, what personal information we collect from you, how we use it, whom we share it with, the data we obtain automatically when you use the Services and how we retain it. We will only use your personal information in accordance with this Policy or under the provisions of the law.

Personal Information
When you order the Services, you are required to provide personal information, including your name, address, e-mail address, age, physical address, telephone number and credit card details. A business partner that operates our call center and marketing services, receives the information from you and send it to us.

When you install the software we supply and complete the registration process, we ask you for further details, including a username, password and secret question and answer. This information is never shared with third parties. It is encrypted and stored with us.

When you use the Services, we may collect further information. For example, we may record your session durations, page impressions, advertisements viewed or clicked on, the Internet protocol (IP) address and the geographic location of the computer you use to access the Services, the frequency and scope you use the Services, the products you order on MightyKey.com, the names of files you stored when using Our Services, the type and version of the browser and the operating system you use and the address (usually a URL) of the web page from which you were linked to MightyKey.com (commonly known as the 'referrer'). We automatically collect such information through the use of computer log files and other means.

Further information may be collected when we exchange communications with you, for example, when you ask for technical support or respond to our emails.

How long we keep your personal information
Your customer data – that is, your name, address, email address, credit card number etc. – is kept for at least a year after the term of your subscription.

We keep the data our servers accumulate thorough the use of our Anonymous Browsing service for up to three days only. We use our log files to analyze and fine-tune our services and make sure that our systems were not abused. If our systems were abused, we may retain the log files or any part thereof for a longer period.

If we are obliged by law to retain any information we collect for a longer period than stated above, we shall keep it for such longer period.

What shall we do with your personal information?
We will use personally identifiable information for the following purposes only:
• To enable you to use the Services, including sending you online updates to our Software and for billing purposes;
• To furnish you from time to time with information pertaining to the Services and your use of it;
• To improve and customize your experience with the Services;

• To enforce MightyKey.com's Terms of Use and the Services' End User license Agreement;

• to take any action in any case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and Us, or between you and other users or third parties with respect to, or in relation with the Services;
• To send you marketing and advertising information received from third parties and to incorporate advertisements with the Services and the Software. Third party commercial information will not be sent to you unless you explicitly agreed to receive it during registration to the Services or afterwards. At all times, you may retract your consent and cease to receive information of that kind. We will not transfer your personal details to the advertisers;
• To any other purpose, as specified in this Policy or in the Terms of Use governing the Services or our website ("TOS");
Transfer of Information to Third Parties
We will not transfer your personal information to any third party, unless -
• It is a business partner of ours who provide services relating to the distribution and sales of the Key, the Software and the Services; or –
• If we need to approve your credit card; or -
• If We believe that you have breached the Terms of Use or End User License Agreement, or abused your rights to use the Services, or performed any act or omission that We believe to be violating any applicable law, rules, or regulations. We may share your information in these cases, with law enforcement and other competent authorities as well as other third parties, as may be required to handle any result of your wrongdoing; or
• If We are required, or believe that it is required by law to share or disclose your information;
• if We are required or believe that We are required by law (including a court order, subpoena etc.) to share or disclose your personal information; or –
• In any case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and Us, or between you and other users or third parties with respect to, or in relation with the Services;
• In any case where We believe that sharing your personal information is necessary to prevent imminent physical harm or damage to property;
• If we organize the operation of the Services through another legal entity, or if we merge with another entity, provided, however, that such entity shall subject itself to this policy;
No information relating to your use of Anonymous Browsing is ever shared with third parties, unless Mighty Key is legally ordered to do so.

How do We use aggregated information?
e may use anonymous, statistical or aggregated information about the use of the Services, and share, publish, post, disseminate, transmit or otherwise communicate or make available such information, to suppliers, business partners, sponsors, affiliates and any other third party, at Our sole discretion, provided however, that such information will not identify you personally and that We will not knowingly, or intentionally use such information to reveal your identity without your consent, under the terms of this policy. We may also use anonymous, statistical or aggregated information to properly operate the Services, to improve the quality and functionality of the Services, to enhance your experience, to create new services, including customized services, to change or cancel existing content or services and for other internal and statistical purposes.

We may use Cookies on our website and Services. Cookies are packets of information sent by our servers to your web browser and then sent back by the browser each time it accesses our servers.
